Loan officer
Job brief
We are looking for a Loan Officer to evaluate loan applications submitted to Payday Loans Online. Your role will also be to provide a point of contact for customers who may need extra support to help them acquire a loan.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation in order to confirm creditworthiness.
- Interview potential customers to determine if they have the financial capacity to repay the loan.
- Set up debt repayment plans based on loan application ratios and metrics
- Be able to justify approvals and rejections and communicate your findings
- Conduct loan contracts and provide clients with policy and restriction information
- Provide customers with loan options and assess their needs

Requirements
- Proven Loan Officer with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Knowledge of computers and lending software
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Communicate and interact well with others
- Adaptable in a target-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a closely related field
Loan Underwriter

Payday Loans Online is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the Team as a senior loan underwriter, supporting the existing loan department.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze all relevant records and history of an applicant.
- Obtain additional information about an applicant to determine coverage requirements.
- Determine the level of lending risk.
- Make recommendations on whether to approve the application.
- Evaluate loan applications for accuracy
